fantastic stay!

I arrived early and the staff allowed me to check in immediately. this was such a welcome surprise. the location is excellent. I could walk to all the main attractions. public transport is also nearby, just a short five-minute walk.
The hotel heating was on despite warm weather. My room became uncomfortably warm. i would have preferred to control the temperature more easily.

My superior urban room was spacious and well-kept. everything was clean and elegant. i slept well. The room was also quiet, a big plus.

the hotel location is really convenient to key attractions. a big shopping mall is also near. all major sightseeings are around the hotel.
i asked in advance for a quiet room. i was given a second floor room on the main street. car horns, sirens and people shouting were audible into the early hours.

mixed experience with some disappointments
street noisemalfunctioning air conditioning
the room lacked proper soundproofing i could clearly hear street noise it disrupted my sleep. also, the air conditioning malfunctioned the room became uncomfortably warm. i reported the issue but it was not resolved . i found this unacceptable considering the price.
